What s great day todayl has been so far.....we headed back into Banbury for a few more photos, then took a back road through some amazing country side, past Broughton Castle, stopping at Shipston on Stour to have a look around, then on to Stratford-Upon-Avon, where we visited Anne Hathaway's Cottage, which dates back to the 15th Century. It is amazing when you see how small the houses were. We went from there to the house that Shakespeare was born in - a much bigger house the Anne Hathaway's. We saw an actor dressed in costume who did the speech from Henry V. Back into the car and off into the English countryside to Warwick, passing Warwick Cathedral and then Belvoir Castle. We are staying in a B&B in a little town called Ancaster, between Grantham and Sleaford almost to Lincoln. Tomorrow we are heading for Lincoln and York........another Nursery rhyme comes to mind.!!!!!!
P.S. We love to receive your messages, whether by blog or email

  2. Hello.... Still accessing from my phone at the moment!!! It is Easter Monday and I am hoping the replacement fom telstra how's up sometime this century! Harry enjoyed his Easter.... Very quiet. Watched the swannies play and kick butt !! Harry's body clock has taken a turn for the worst... Before the time change he was waking early at like 5am and now he is waking at 4am!!! Arrggghhh!!! I am sure we will figure it out. We are going start giving him some lunch in the next few days. He had a shower with me last night Which was very cool as he was not keen on the shower previously! but we figured out that swimming has helped him enjoy the shower now!! We were singing and having a great time. I think we are going togoto maccas today so I can use their wifi to double check price for Canberra in may. I messaged the girls yesterday to see if they are keen. Will try for same area for seating at footy and same apartment if not another one just near the ground.
The country side looks amazing.... But I think John looks like he belongs in the movie babe with the hat!! Looks like the farmer!! Hahaha
We are still so jealous and hope we can go there someday.
