After a teary goodbye to some of the crew including Olga (who had been on a previous cruise)and also Irene and the kids, we disembarked and caught a taxi to Hamburg Airport. Our flight was Singapore via Frankfurt - never again !!!! If you are not flying with Luftansa or dont speak German - Frankfurt Airport is a nightmare !!!! badly signposted. We were not the only people confused by the signage and lack of help. We will avoid at all costs.
Thankfully,we managed to get some reasonable sleep on the flight.
In Singapore we had a stopover booked, so waited to be collected by the Shuttle Bus and taken to the Furama City Centre Hotel. After a good sleep, we did some souvenir shopping (which was good as it was air conditioned) before heading back to the airport for our flight to Albury via Sydney
