Monday 27th May, 2024 Narrow Boat

This morning we started making our way back down the canal, guided by some more of the local wildlife 

and making the most of a dry warm day by stopping for some morning tea

We  travelled for approximately 5 hours , whilst the weather was good, 

We decided to stop for afternoon tea at the canal side cafe at Sutton Cheney, near Nuneaton, and just as we were leaving (even thought we had had blue sky) it started to rain !!!

We travelled for a couple more hours, but it got to cold and wet, so we finally stopped

 for the night along the canal at Stoke Golding.
