Saturday 25th May, 2024 - Narrow Boat

We left reasonably early this morning, as we had agreed to meet Jo, Chris and the kids at the Globe Hotel on the canal in Snarestone.  It was a lovely morning to be travelling on the canal.

We arrived at 12.30, but they were running about 2 hrs later than expected.  We then had drinks and lunch and the kids played at the playground, 

before heading to the boat so the kids could see it. 

We stayed moored on the canal at the Globe Hotel overnight, as Jo & Chris were coming back again tomorrow.
